Group Preference form is asked to be submitted by particular date, and the other forms are submitted within 2 week time line.

On the allocated Group Preference date we review all forms. Children are allocated according to the Department Priority of Access first and then it is completed by submission date and time. If we do not receive a form back the family is allocated to a selected group and notified.

Families are sent a Letter of Offer to complete to acknowledge their acceptance of allocated group. 

If someone was to not be allocated to first preference we would put that person on the waitlist and contact if position becomes available. Waitlist is followed as per Department Priority of Access and then waitlisted date/position on waitlist.
