Please use the link corresponding to the year the child will attend Three-Year-Old
To register for a place in a MIKA member kindergarten, you must complete an online application form with the following information and evidence:
► Kindergarten preferences (up to three different member services in order of preference)
► Immunisation History Statement (to meet No Jab, No Play legislation)
► Proof of applicant's residential address (eg: a utiity bill, driver's licence or health care card)
There is currently no payment required to submit an application form.

PLEASE NOTE - children are eligible to apply for three-year-old provided they turn three by 30 April the year they attend. However, no child can commence sessions until they have turned three.
