GROUP ALLOCATION POLICY

1. Families will receive our Group Preference Form by email. The form must be submitted within two weeks. 
2. On the allocated Group Preference date we review all forms. Children are allocated according to the Department Priority of Access first and then it is completed by submission date and time. If we do not receive a form back the family is allocated to a Y selected group and notified.

3. Families will receive a Letter of Offer to confirm their allocated group. 
4. If a child does not receive their first preference, they will be placed on the groups waitlist. Families will be contacted if a place becomes available.
