GROUP ALLOCATION POLICY
1st September - welcome email is sent to 3 & 4year old families who have accepted a position. The 4 year olds receive a group selection form.
6th September - 4 yr old families email me their group selection forms at 7am, no early submissions are accepted and groups are filled as forms appear in my inbox, preference is given for children who fall under the priority of access guidelines.
8th September - 4 year old families are sent an email to advise them of their group, if their selected group is over subscribed they will be placed in the other group and asked to confirm their acceptance.
