GROUP ALLOCATION POLICY

Families will receive a welcome email in early September. Included in this email will be a group preference form for 4 year old families, asking their preference for Red or Green group. Where possible, we will allocate children to the first preferred group selected by the family.

If a group is oversubscribed, children will be allocated according to the department priority of access guidelines and then by submission date and time. If a child is not allocated to their first preference, they will be placed on a waitlist and contacted if a position in that group becomes available.
